The Ontario DX Association (ODXA) was founded in 1974 as a club for radio listeners and DXers in the province of Ontario, Canada. The goal was to concentrate on providing listening tips, holding meetings and providing other services for local members.

Over the years, membership was opened to radio enthusiasts worldwide. The ODXA's monthly magazine, DX Ontario and later Listening In, became one of the most highly regarded hobby publications.

Fast forward to 2009 and the DXing hobby has changed a great deal. Beginning in June 2009, the content of Listening In was moved from a by-subscription magazine to the club website, where it is posted as downloadable files, freely accessible to all.

The ODXA staff would welcome your comments on our website content and we also invite listeners everywhere to contribute their tips, news, reports and articles to our editors.
