Steve Canney reports the club's first CW propagation/ meteor scatter beacon is now out of operation as of April 2003.

Frequency: 28.263 MHz.
Beacon Callsign: VA3ODX
Power: 5 watts
Antenna: Vertical
Grid Square: EN94
Location: Meaford, Ontario (between Collingwood and Owen Sound) on the southern shores of Georgian Bay.

At the moment it's running 24 hours a day. QSL cards are now available by sending your reception report to the following address or by email to scanney@cogeco.ca
